What is Zeali?
Zeali is a one stop platform for all your service needs whether it’s your home or office, we send skilled and qualified local professionals to look after your everyday service needs.

Why should I choose Zeali?
Zeali can provide nearby vendors from the booking location and provides an option of tracking their status during their journey. Zeali Customers can get their job done with their convenient cost as it provides reverse auction or bidding option where vendor can compete among themselves and provide the services at an affordable cost that customer needs.

How do I download the Zeali app?
Go to Playstore for Android and Appstore for iOS and search for ‘Zeali’. You can download the app for free of cost. Zeali services can also be accessed via web portal (website) through their laptops or Web browser from their mobile phones.

Why should I download the Zeali app?
We recommend you to download Zeali app for ease of use. You can avail vendors from your nearby areas for your services in just a few clicks. Our mobile app can perform actions much quicker than a mobile website. Also some offers will be exclusively available for app users. Apps usually store their data locally on mobile devices and use them to take proactive actions on users’ behalf

How do I place an order on Zeali?
You can place a service order by clicking on the service category/sub-category on the Homepage. You can just book the service or schedule to your location and finally choose the vendor in nearby location. You can also select your choice of vendor based on ratings and reviews available. Once the vendor accepts the order, just sit back, relax and watch your ordered service being done by us.

How do I check my order status?
Go to ‘History’tab on the web portal or mobile app, where you can view all your orders. In ‘Upcoming orders’ tab you can track the status of the vendor arriving to your location.

Can I book an order on behalf of a friend/others?
Absolutely. You can book a service for your friend or family from another location by mentioning theirs. Once the order is completed, the payment can be done online even for the additional costs where the vendor quotes after customer approval. This could be helpful for your loved ones away from you and unaware of our services.

How do I reschedule an order?
We do not support ‘Rescheduling’currently.However, you can cancel the order by citing reason and rebook with different schedule timings.

How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel an order only before the service begins. To cancel an order, Go to ‘History’ tab, select the upcoming order to be cancelled and finally select cancel by citing any one of the reasons provided by us.

How can I view all my orders?
You can view all your orders on ‘History’ tab in mobile app or web portal. You can view all your past completed/cancelled and upcoming orders.

Do I get a final invoice against my orders?
Yes, once the order is completed by our vendor, you will be notified for the final payment to be paid for the service you booked and the invoice will be shown over on the app for the payment you made. All your invoices for completed orders can also be also viewed in ‘History’ tab.

Is there any warranty on services provided by Zeali?
It depends on the service that you procure. Usually for minor jobs and repairs, we don’t provide any warranty once the service is completed.

Are Zeali’s vendors safe and qualified?
Totally. Our vendors are safe to work and qualified to work on their specific. We screen them based on their past experiences and specialization their field on services. Also we do background checks on each and every vendors for their ethical behavior.

How do I choose a preferred vendor?
You can simply book or schedule an order from your preferred vendor by choosing them from our list of vendors. If you know the vendor already by their previous services to you on our platform, you can choose them from ‘History’ tab and book your order. You can raise a query to them in case the vendor is offline.

Does someone have to be near the vendor when the vendor does a job?
No it is not necessary to be near the vendor and watch their activities constantly for the service they provide sinceour vendors are highly qualified on their specialized field. But it is advisable to stay in the house or workplace while the job is getting done.

What happens when a vendor doesn’t arrive on time?
You can track the vendor status location from ‘History’ tab and call the vendor seeking reason for not reaching on time. If you are not satisfied with their response, contact us
directly to take necessary actions against the vendor late arrival. Also you may cancel the order and rebook with different vendor for your convenient time. We will seek explanations from the vendor behavior and delist the vendor in case of repeated delays.

What happens if a vendor damages anything?
Though Zeali cannot be held responsible for damages or theft, in such unlikely events, you can contact us by mail id (info@zeali.co.in) or call (044 – 22469062 (8 AM to 6 PM)). We will investigate the issue and do the necessary.

What if I am not happy with the service or the vendor?
You can rate/review the vendor after completion of the service. Alternatively, you can raise a dispute against them from ‘completed orders’ in ‘History’tab. You can also contact us directly via mail so that we will call you to get the feedback and take necessary actions.

What are the modes of payment in Zeali?
You can pay either online (Debit card/Credit card/Net banking) or offline via cash. But we highly recommend you to use Zeali wallet for faster transactions and special offers.

Can I pay with cash?
Yes, you can. Just select‘cash payment’ while booking your services. Once the service completed, you can pay the vendor in cash.

How safe is my payment information with Zeali?
Your payment information are directly handled by our experienced and certified payment partner ‘Razor pay’. So we can assure that your information are secure and safe with us.

How does the Zeali wallet work?
Zeali wallet can be topped up for any amount directly via online(Debit card/Credit card/Net banking/UPI). You can use Zeali money from the wallet to pay for your services.

Can I use Zeali wallet for cash payments?
Yes, you can use it as one of the mode of payment which will reduce your payment process.

Can I make an online payment after selecting cash as the mode of payment?
If you want to change the mode of payment after the completion of services i.e., from cash to online mode or vice versa, you need to inform the vendor after the service is
doneor contact us via call or mail, so that we could help you out.

What happens if the payment is interrupted?
It may be occurred due to server failure of payment gateway servers, so retry after sometime. The amount will be refunded within two to five working days in case of confirmation of double payment.

What is your refund policy?
You can read our Terms and Conditions tab in website/app to know our refund policy. You can contact us through mail to raise dispute over refunds.

How do I apply a coupon?
You can select the ‘promo code’ option while booking the services. You may then apply your promo code and avail discount on your services.

How do I avail a referral coupon?(only for apps)
The referral code can be sent along with invite by invite referrals option in ‘account page’, where the user can share the invite code to their friends. For 5 referrals and installation of our app on their mobile , we will top up amount of Rs.25.

I am not able to apply coupon against my order?
You can reach us by mail or call to solve the issue as soon as possible.
